Convert unfinished basement into suite for owners mother

Highlights:
The owner need a new place for her mother. The new home she had purchased had a well appointed upstairs, but a separate suite was in order. We took the large basement and finished the suite with a large kitchen, a lake view dining room, living room, a den, 1 bedroom with walk in closet, a bright bathroom, and laundry closet. The new stairs allowed access for upstairs to 2 large storage rooms, and mechanical room that included the new high efficiency furnace. The suite is arguably one of the brightest we have finished.
